Before me, the feed was generic lifestyle content with no distinct identity. The opportunity was to give SUGAR a bold, editorial voice that reads as a brand, not a stock library.

Rebuilt the content system around bolder, editorial visuals and reels built on strong hooks. Wrote UGC and influencer scripts, ran 80+ creators end to end from shortlisting and briefing to QC, and led launch films and prebuzz for new drops.
Proof
20M+ views and 129K+ interactions across 60+ pieces a month. Two flagship campaigns alone drove 10M+ views and a 65% lift in social impressions. Followers grew from 3M to 3.1M in six months.

A safety app is only as strong as the network behind you. So the launch sold togetherness, not fear.

Hook
Safety apps usually lead with danger. Ours leaned on the opposite instinct, the people who show up for you, because the product runs on your real social network.
Play
The "Love Notes" activation: across campus we handed everyone a note and a flower to give to someone they cared about. A small gesture that turned a launch into a moment of care. I also wrote and directed the launch film, leading a team of four.
Proof
Onboarded NMIMS as pilot partner, reaching 1,500+ students and converting 400+ downloads, driven by unusually high campaign recall.
